Description
Toiling away in different corners of the wine industry a couple of old friends, William Downie and Jason Searle, were struck by the idea of producing a wine that they really wanted to drink, at a price they could afford. Over a beer or two, Save our Souls Wines was born, the intention to make Pinot in classic Bourgogne style with a new world twist, and a textural Chardonnay. They’re not trying to save the world, they’re just trying to Save Our Souls.
