With the retirement of his father Louis Carillon, a long renowned name in Puligny-Montrachet, François produced his first vintage in 2010, now sharing the family estate with his brother Jacques.
François does practically all the work himself, from the land all the way to the bottle and then onto promoting around the world, all with his tireless enthusiasm and energy.
